By creating an account or using any part of the GieesK Recipes platform — including browsing recipes, using the AI Chef, participating in the community, or accessing any features — you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GieesK Recipes Inc.

If you are using GieesK Recipes on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

GieesK Recipes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You may use GieesK Recipes to:

• Discover, save, and share recipes from around the world
• Use our AI Chef for recipe recommendations and meal planning
• Create and manage your personal recipe collection
• Participate in the GieesK Recipes community and challenges
• Access features included in your subscription plan

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

When you submit recipes, reviews, photos, or any other content to GieesK Recipes ("User Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant GieesK Recipes a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform
• Confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Confirm that your content complies with our Community Guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice.

All content on the GieesK Recipes platform that is not User Content — including the design, logo, software, AI systems, text, graphics, and features — is owned by GieesK Recipes Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GieesK Recipes content without our express written permission.

GieesK Recipes offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights
• Use the platform to spam, advertise without permission, or distribute malware
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform without permission
• Impersonate other users, chefs, or GieesK Recipes staff
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

GieesK Recipes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Recipe content on GieesK Recipes is provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the outcome of recipes, dietary suitability, or any health effects. Always consult a qualified professional for dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GieesK Recipes and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GieesK Recipes in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of GieesK Recipes after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
